About the role
- Solutions Consultant at GTreasury tasked with designing and implementing Treasury management systems. Collaborating with enterprise clients to meet their complex financial needs through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/ technical requirements/ process
- Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation
- Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation
- Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered
- Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels
- Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments
- Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget
- Participate in building and implementation of the solution
- Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a corporate Treasury and/or Treasury Management software
- Proven track record in project work including implementing treasury systems with good knowledge of project management tools
- A good team player with ability to act on own initiative
- Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
- Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills
- Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments
- Thorough understanding of Treasury functions within a Corporate Treasury, Financial Institutions or related field
- Experience with Software-as-a-service technology solutions
