Responsibilities
Manage and moderate communities across news, sports, and entertainment channels (comments, messages, interactions, and crises)
Develop and execute engagement and audience-growth strategies for streaming platforms and social media
Collaborate with editorial, product, marketing, and data teams to amplify content reach, retention, and relevance
Monitor trends, breaking topics, and audience behavior in real time
Produce performance reports and analyses (engagement, growth, retention, CTR, watch time, etc.)
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for content and distribution
Ensure consistency of brand voice, language, and positioning
Requirements
Excellent command of Portuguese (written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audience profiles
Naturally digital profile with deep understanding of internet culture, social platforms, and streaming content consumption
Previous experience as a community manager, social media manager, or similar role
Proven experience analyzing metrics and data from social networks and video/audio platforms (YouTube Studio, Spotify for Podcasters, Meta, etc.)
Analytical ability to turn numbers into strategy
Organized, autonomous, and strong sense of prioritization
