Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Projects Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and Innovation - HubInova.
- This person will play a key role supporting coordination, acting as the technical and operational point of reference for the intern team, ensuring the execution and progress of the area's initiatives.
- More than overseeing, we expect this analyst to lead by example: planning, organizing, executing and engaging interns to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with the hub's strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields).
- Experience in project execution is preferred (ideally with a focus on innovation, transformation, or process improvement).
- Good communication skills, proactive, organized, and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a sense of shared responsibility.
- Critical, analytical and creative mindset.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, PMBOK, Bizagi, Microsoft Project).
