Requirements
- Completed law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Bar registration (OAB) not required (position does not involve exclusive legal practice).
- Practical experience in contract drafting.
- Working knowledge of civil law and civil procedure, corporate law, and tax law.
- Experience with case management and court monitoring systems.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and corporate legal practices.
