Demand Planner Associate responsible for developing demand forecasts at Beauty Industry Group. Collaborating with cross - functional teams to optimize inventory levels and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan the distribution of finished products to distribution centers according to demand, item characteristics and planned coverage, balancing excess inventory, stockouts, and shipping/receiving capacities;
- Internal follow-up with stakeholders/interfaces;
- Handle deviations in finished goods supply;
- Participate in workstreams and improvement initiatives with logistics teams from distribution centers, the factory, and S&OE planners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
- Professional experience: Prior knowledge of distribution center replenishment processes, DRP, logistics and/or supply chain;
- IT skills: Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Google tools (Sheets, Looker, Slides);
- Strong communication skills, dynamism and initiative are required.
