Responsibilities
Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of multiple logistics projects within Grupo Boticário’s International Operations (Colombia, Portugal, and the United States), ensuring alignment with each country’s strategic planning.
Provide governance for the international operations logistics project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives and optimizing resources to maximize return on investment.
Implement the project management strategy for the area, including the definition of methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain the project governance framework and maintain connection with the Logistics Intelligence team.
Conduct project feasibility analyses and prepare business cases.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues in logistics projects, ensuring effective contingency plans.
Promote continuous improvement of project management processes, seeking resource optimization and the standardization of best practices.
Prepare status reports on project progress, area performance, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels and across geographic regions.
Collaborate with teams from different countries, acting as the link between regions (Colombia, USA, and Portugal).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international environment and within logistics.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Knowledge of logistics systems to act as a bridge between the business and Technology teams.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Google tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Availability for occasional international travel.
