About the role

Responsibilities
- Strategic Management: Define and optimize collection strategies (base segmentation, refinement of contact cadences, and data enrichment) in direct partnership with operational coordination.
- Data Intelligence: Monitor, diagnose, and present delinquency and recovery KPIs to leadership, converting metrics into actionable plans.
- Third-Party Management: Lead the performance of partner collection agencies, manage portfolio redistribution, and ensure alignment with our targets.
- Operational Support: Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring contact center KPIs (breaks, queues, occupancy, and base penetration).
- Unit Consulting: Support and guide collection activities carried out directly at schools, such as collection drives and renewal campaigns, ensuring process consistency.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous experience in collections planning and credit recovery
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to solve complex problems and propose data-driven solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Previous experience in the education sector (preferred)
- Some experience with SQL for querying and extracting data from relational databases (preferred)
