Responsibilities
- Monitor and administratively control construction, project and supplier contracts, managing contract balances and terms of validity;
- Receive, check and record measurement reports and verify invoices related to the area;
- Organize and update construction project documentation;
- Open and follow up processes with the Procurement and Legal departments;
- Support the payment process with the Finance department;
- Prepare administrative reports and controls;
- Provide management support in project implementation;
- Ensure the organization of contractual and administrative information, compliance with deadlines, and the smooth progress of the area's activities and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Financial Management, Economics or related fields;
- Experience with administrative routines for construction works or projects;
- Experience in contract control or service measurements;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Experience with RM (TOTVS) will be considered a plus.
