- Calculate individual and collective vacation pay, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
- Prepare termination calculations, verifying severance payments, taxes and charges;
- Organize, control and file documents related to labor claims, providing support to the legal department when necessary;
- Prepare reports and controls to monitor vacations, terminations and other department routines;
- Keep employee records up to date, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of information;
- Support other Personnel and Payroll department activities as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience in personnel/payroll routines, especially in vacation and termination calculations;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Experience with the Senior system;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
