Support the implementation of internal policies
Monitor basic team requests and demands

Manage attendance lists and evaluations
Monitor termination processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting
Previous experience with Payroll/Personnel routines
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
Practical experience with:
• Hiring and termination processes
• Payroll
• Management of vacations and 13th salary (year-end bonus)
• Calculation of social charges (INSS, FGTS, eSocial, DCTFWeb and EFD-Reinf)
Knowledge of eSocial (mandatory)
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced)
Experience with payroll systems such as TOTVS, ADP, Senior, Domínio, among others
