About the role

• Full Stack Engineer building tools for the Care Delivery team at Grow Therapy. Focus on enhancing client-therapist relationships with innovative tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale internal tooling that streamlines and empowers clinical teams to support with product development.
• Enhance personalization and insights across the client and provider experience. You will integrate human-in-the-loop AI workflows and use industry best practices (evals, LLM-as-judge) to maintain quality and safety, while removing provider administrative burden.
• Address technical scaling challenges around growing our systems to support increasing load as we scale toward universal access. You will partner with our internal Telehealth Platform team to incorporate the latest session workflows and ensure a seamless in-session experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience: You’ve made meaningful contributions to production systems and can effectively own scoped development work with guidance.
• Full-stack fluency: You’re comfortable building end-to-end features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
• Impact-oriented: You think deeply about the “why” behind your work and optimize for meaningful user and business outcomes.
• Adaptable: You can remain productive and effective amid evolving priorities, requirements, and insights.
• Team player: You work well with others, communicate with empathy, and value shared problem-solving.
• Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with our stack: Experience with Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Healthcare experience: Experience working in regulated environments or handling sensitive data (HIPAA).
• AI-fluent or AI-curious: Comfort using modern AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, etc) to accelerate development and focus on high-leverage work.
