- Experience in server maintenance, backup strategies and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Good scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar)
- Ability to document processes, procedures and configurations clearly
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Azure (plus)
- Solid experience with VMware monitoring.
