- Participate in strategic projects included in the site's annual roadmap

- Provide operational support to operations teams by identifying and implementing quick improvement actions (Quick Wins)
- Participate in the analysis and optimization of flows to improve the site's overall performance
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, quality, and productivity
Requirements
- Currently completing an engineering degree or a master’s degree with a specialization in methods, production, logistics, or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Proactive with the ability to propose solutions
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with operational teams
- Familiarity with Lean methods/continuous improvement is a plus
