Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with retail energy brokers and channel partners.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in retail electricity sales, with at least 2 years focused on managing broker or channel partnerships.
Strong understanding of retail electricity products, pricing structures, and competitive landscape.
Established relationships within the broker community preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and navigate complex deal cycles.
Data-driven mindset with familiarity in working with analytics teams.
High degree of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.
