About the role
- Software developer enhancing GREYHOUND's SaaS solutions for customer service and document management. Collaborating within a small team to drive innovation in E-commerce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Further development of the GREYHOUND Server, a modern SaaS solution for customer service and document management.
- Responsibility for stable, high-performance, and maintainable Delphi components (Delphi 12).
- Development of new features in areas such as telephony integration, AI capabilities, workflows, and archiving.
- Close collaboration with other developers and product management to deliver architecturally sound solutions.
- Support the replatforming project to replace the current customer center.
- Support for minor adjustments to commercial products, hosting provisioning, or cloud transformation.
Requirements
- Ideally experience in the e-commerce industry or a strong interest in the field.
- Solid professional experience as a developer.
- Experience with C#, Java, Python, Delphi, and PHP 8.x.
- Experience developing complex systems with Delphi is ideal.
- Interest in new technologies and topics such as AI, cloud, microservices, or integrations in a customer service context.
- Independent and responsible working style.
- Willingness to work on-site in Melle 1–2 times per week.
- Very good German skills (at least C1) as well as good written and spoken English.
