Responsibilities
You implement the process control systems for our integrated wastewater technologies
You perform basic and detailed engineering for process-engineering plants
You prepare technical specifications and planning documentation
You develop programming and functional changes within the process control system
You support commissioning activities
You carry out optimization and monitoring of control loops
You act as the technical point of contact for customers and suppliers
Requirements
Completed training as a technician or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or an equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in independently managing electrotechnical projects and with programmable logic controllers (ideally Siemens PLCs), preferably in (waste)water treatment, chemical process engineering or the chemical industry
Analytical thinking and the ability to transfer knowledge to new application areas
Committed, flexible, conscientious and collaborative working style
Willingness to take responsibility and to put yourself in the other party’s perspective
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues
Fluent German and good English skills
