Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize multiple email accounts

Communicate with internal agents regarding client status updates
Maintain accurate underwriting status tracking
Assist in completing insurance applications
Order and track medical records
Track and manage state insurance licenses to ensure compliance
Manage calendars, including minor adjustments using Calendly
Oversee document management and onboarding paperwork
Provide project management support and task reminders
Review emails daily and use them as the driver of workflow
Follow up with clients to ensure required documentation is submitted in a timely manner
