About the role

- Support for software onboarding and process digitization
- Implementation of documentation requirements to ensure the highest quality standards
- Proactive advisory based on client needs to maximize return on investment
- Forwarding client feedback to drive continuous software optimization
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in project management or consulting
- Able to work independently, structured, detail-oriented and able to maintain an overview across multiple projects
- Self-motivated, responsible, and hands-on mentality
- Enjoys strategic client engagement with a confident and professional demeanor
- Polished communication skills in German and very good English proficiency
- Strong affinity for numbers, processes, and digital solutions
