Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, developing and implementing tailored digital marketing strategies across SEO, AIO, PPC, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
Lead consultative client meetings and presentations leveraging campaign performance data and detailed reports that demonstrate ROI and inform expansion opportunities.
Onboard, nurture, retain, grow, and expand client account relationships.
Analyze and leverage data to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless and cohesive execution and delivery, resulting in optimal client satisfaction.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, account management, or a related field
2+ years of experience with client/account stakeholder management
Experience in a post-sales account management capacity OR experience in full life cycle sales with interest and passion to focus on post-sales account management
Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to take immediate, decisive action
High attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to project management & customer journey mapping
Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal) with a customer obsessed mindset and demonstrated ability of earning trust and building strong client relationships
Proven expertise/knowledge in SEO and Google Business Profile (preferred)
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy (preferred)
