Responsibilities
Agir comme partenaire stratégique auprès des gestionnaires pour le développement des talents, la performance, la relève et la mobilisation.
Collaborer avec les syndicats et les parties prenantes pour assurer une gestion harmonieuse des relations de travail et le respect des conventions collectives.
Concevoir et déployer des programmes de formation stimulants et alignés sur les besoins opérationnels.
Accompagner la gestion du changement organisationnel et l'adoption de nouvelles pratiques RH.
Assurer une expérience employé positive à travers l'intégration, la gestion des avantages sociaux (retraite, assurances, PAEF) et la gestion des absences.
S'impliquer dans divers comités internes (SST, santé mieux-être) et exploiter des outils (Amélio, Atman) pour évaluer et optimiser le climat de travail.
Requirements
Diplôme universitaire en administration, ressources humaines ou relations industrielles.
Minimum 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion des RH dans une moyenne ou grande entreprise.
Expérience significative dans un milieu syndiqué et forte connaissance des lois canadiennes du travail.
Excellente maîtrise du français et maîtrise intermédiaire de l'anglais (LDL4).
Expérience en négociation de conventions collectives et création de formations.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
