About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic and operational community management on Instagram and TikTok for multiple client accounts
- Manage, ensure quality and further develop community management activities, including leading and supervising Visiting Coordinators
- Lead community insights, trends and activation ideas derived from platform-specific community data
- Develop and implement community activations in close collaboration with Social Media & Strategy
- Develop efficient community workflows and processes — including tool- and AI-supported working methods
- Take on stakeholder and interface communication and actively shape the scaling of the Community Activation service
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in operational community management on brand channels
- Strong platform-specific understanding of Instagram and TikTok communities, including tone and dynamics
- Experience in leading, mentoring or supervising juniors, working students or external personnel
- Ability to derive relevant insights, trends and activation potential from community data
- Confident use of community management tools, native platform features, and tool- & AI-supported workflows
- Excellent writing skills, brand awareness and a structured, independent way of working
