Requirements
- Several years of proven experience in B2B account management, ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Confident, persuasive presence at decision‑maker level with strong presentation and consultative skills
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a keen sense for profitability, customer retention and growth potential
- Solid understanding of social media, platform mechanics and performance‑based KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, high social competence and a strong team‑ and service‑orientation
- Structured, self‑directed working style with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good spoken and written English
- Active network of marketing decision‑makers in relevant industries
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
