About the role
- Night Manager overseeing operations and quality execution at City Wide Facility Solutions. Responsible for proactive quality execution and contractor management across assigned accounts nightly.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly inspections across assigned accounts (based on priority tiers)
- Identify and correct issues in real time, not just report them
- Ensure scope of work is being executed consistently
- Train, coach, and hold Independent Contractors (ICs) accountable to standards
- Address performance issues immediately and escalate when needed
- Ensure proper staffing, supplies, and execution on each account
- Provide clear nightly recaps with actions taken, not just observations
- Flag risks early and recommend solutions
- Partner with FSMs to stabilize and improve accounts
- New account starts to ensure strong first impressions
- Support turnaround of problem accounts
- Deliver VIP-level attention where required
- Ensure proper use of chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Identify supply gaps and communicate proactively
- Reinforce City Wide standards across all accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Valid Texas Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- 2+ years experience in:
- - Multi-location operations
- - Janitorial / facilities / route-based service (Cintas, Ecolab, etc. preferred)
