About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement medium- to high-complexity logical and physical network infrastructure solutions;
- Administer, configure, and perform advanced troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid network environments;
- Lead projects to improve, expand, and modernize network infrastructure, from technical analysis through final delivery;
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, topologies, inventories, and technical and managerial reports;
- Analyze network performance, availability, and capacity metrics and propose continuous improvements;
- Ensure adherence to information security policies, best practices, and technical standards;
- Provide Level 3 support, performing advanced diagnostics and resolving critical incidents;
- Support change management processes, participating in maintenance windows and risk assessments;
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and technical partners for problem resolution and service implementation;
- Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring mid-level and junior analysts as needed.
Requirements
- Experience administering and supporting corporate networks, including LAN and WAN;
- Experience managing IP and MPLS network environments, routers, switches, VLAN, VXLAN;
- NAT, ACLs, Policy-Based Routing (PBR);
- VPNs (IPSec, SSL, site-to-site, client-to-site);
- Wireless networks, IP addressing and routing, autonomous routing protocols (BGP, OSPF);
- Implementation of QoS in corporate networks and Data Center Interconnection (DCI);
- Experience in structuring distribution and access rack systems;
- Required certifications: ITIL v3 Foundation or higher;
- CCNP certification or higher;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Analysis or Computer Networks.
