Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain network systems across the Building Supplies Division
Troubleshoot network issues, analyse traffic, and provide capacity planning
Resolve hardware and software problems
Support end-users and assist with the Acumatica ERP system
Oversee daily network and telecommunications operations
Provide primary network and IT system support to users via various communication channels
Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of network security
Coordinate and assist with server and network maintenance schedules, repairs, and disaster recovery plans
Monitor technology trends and emerging solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in diverse Information Technology environments, including LAN/WANs, operating systems such as Windows, UNIX, Linux, and open-source platforms, and firewalls.

Network+ or Cisco certification.
Certified Ethical Hacker qualification.
Proficiency in Windows environments and batch scripting (DOS).
Administration of servers with Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
Programming skills in C, CSS, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or Visual Basic.
Database administration experience.
Familiarity with SIP and VoIP technologies.
