Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor user access across systems and applications;
• Perform audits and analyze logs to detect potential security issues;
• Develop and implement solutions to improve access management;
• Handle incidents by addressing root causes;
• Guide users on processes and the availability of partial or restricted information to ensure quality, standardization, and process simplification;
• Serve as the point of contact to resolve process- and system-related questions;
• Process incoming requests and instructions to address questions or resolve issues.

Requirements

• Higher education completed or in progress;
• Knowledge of Unix, Windows, Active Directory and Exchange;
• Knowledge of AWS, AZ-900 and/or related technologies;
• Knowledge of Information Security;
• Experience in access provisioning and incident handling;
• Support for internal and external audit data collection.
