About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business strategies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant information for demand planning
- Conduct regular analysis of forecast accuracy and adjust strategies as needed
- Coordinate with US supply site to ensure availability of supplies to support demand
- Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service and logistics
- Provide regular updates on demand and supply trends, potential issues, and recommendations for improvement
- Utilize statistical modeling and analysis tools to enhance forecasting accuracy
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify patterns and potential opportunities
- Identify areas for process improvement within the demand and supply planning functions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply and demand planning with exposure to leading S&OP cycles
- Experienced in forecasting and measurement of forecast accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience in a supply chain role supporting multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of SAP and JDA systems
- Advance knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office
