About the role

Responsibilities
- Durchführung umfassender Financial Due Diligence Prüfungen sowie Analysen der Chancen und Risiken von Transaktionen
- Teil des Beratungsteams für Unternehmen und Investoren im Rahmen von Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen
- Kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in bei der betreuten Transaktion
- Handlungsempfehlungen sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen erarbeiten auf Basis interner und externer Unternehmens- und Rechnungslegungsdaten
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der M&A-Prozesse und des aktiven Ausbaus der Angebote
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Mindestens 1-3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Financial Due Diligence Prüfungen und ggf. Unternehmensbewertungen
- Idealerweise bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfung/ Steuerberatung, oder alternativ einer Unternehmensberatung oder im Private Equity Umfeld
- Kommunikationsstark (in Deutsch und Englisch)
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine präzise Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Professionalität und ein sehr gut ausgeprägtes geschäftliches Urteilsvermögen sowie Hands-on Mentalität
