About the role
- Cloud Platform Engineering Architect leading CPE DevOps Team efforts in AWS and Azure platform services. Collaborating on cloud infrastructure management and automation development.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership to the CPE DevOps Team on both delivery and support.
- Design, development and delivery of technical code for AWS Control Tower Landing Zone Terraform development.
- Manage and provision cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Work closely with application teams, security, and quality assurance to troubleshoot issues.
- Identify and automate manual and repetitive processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- High School Degree and Fourteen Year's Experience OR Associates Degree and Twelve Years Experience OR Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years’ Experience OR Masters' Degree and Eight Years’ Experience
- Public Cloud Services knowledge of AWS, MS Azure (a plus)
- Development (coding) skills required, Terraform and GitHub expertise required
- CI/CD DevSecOps opinioned pipelines subject matter expertise
- Professional certifications a plus (Public Cloud, Architecture, Program Management etc.)
- Agile/Scrum knowledge and leadership skills
