About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to account development by acquiring new business in the medical sector
- Identify clients and understand their recruitment projects
- Establish, negotiate and finalize recruitment contracts

- Manage the full recruitment process, from defining needs with clients to onboarding candidates
- Participate in recruitment events and build a network of contacts within the medical sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, with a strong focus on placements (permanent and fixed-term) — permanent (CDI) and fixed-term (CDD) placements
- Strong expertise in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent command of sourcing tools (CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare professions
