About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide cross-team technical guidance and support to development teams for implementation, troubleshooting and technology selection
- Establish and promote coding standards, Clean Code principles, automated testing and code reviews
- Introduce and advance DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation and selection of appropriate tools
- Coach developers and testers on complex technical issues
- Foster knowledge sharing and drive technical improvement processes across the entire development organization
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification with a focus on software development
- Several years of experience in software development, ideally across different teams/projects (e.g., C#, .NET, Angular, C++)
- Solid knowledge of modern software architectures, design principles and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in technical leadership, facilitation and in coaching development teams (e.g., as a Lead Developer, coach or multiplier)
- Practical experience with toolchains such as Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD
- Strong communication and facilitation skills and a passion for knowledge transfer
- Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills and a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
- Good German and English language skills
