About the role
- Frontend Engineer responsible for building and optimizing user interfaces for fintech solutions. Collaborating with teams to deliver best-in-class digital products and ensure UI standards.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain responsive UI components using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to design seamless user experiences.
- Translate Figma designs and product requirements into high-quality production code.
- Implement reusable component libraries and UI standards to ensure consistency.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and microservices.
- Optimize page performance, load times, and accessibility.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help raise the engineering quality bar.
- Identify UI/UX improvements and advocate for customer-centric design.
- Ensure proper testing, observability, and error handling across all UI layers.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience building production-grade frontend applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript , TypeScript , and modern frameworks (React and/or Angular)
- Solid understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , TailwindCSS , responsive design, and component architecture
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar)
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, Turbopack), CI/CD, and Git workflows
- A strong eye for detail and ability to implement pixel-perfect UI from design specs.
- Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
