Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and further development of the department

Requirements
- Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in an IT department, preferably in application management within a hospital/healthcare environment
- Knowledge of strategic and operational management of complex IT projects
- Experience in the SAP environment and in implementing and/or administering SAP systems (R/3 -> S/4 HANA)
- Sense of responsibility, strong communication and decision-making skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style when dealing with complex issues or conflicts
- Flexibility for meetings outside regular working hours
- Continuous professional development
- Very good German language skills
