Responsibilities
Gather, assess and document market requests, opportunities and feature requests—both strategic and tactical—for the evolution of existing or new products, and convert them into actionable items for the R&D team
Develop a commercial product offering tailored to specific industry and/or regional markets
Develop and communicate internal and external product roadmaps by prioritizing products/features
Evaluate and understand industry trends, market segmentation, and the competitive landscape
Formulate product strategies and marketing mix (product, price, promotion, placement)
Continuously evaluate product and market performance
Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the access control portfolio
Requirements
Three years or more of product management experience
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong planning and prioritization skills — must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully within constraints and deadlines
Strong collaboration skills — proven ability to lead and influence others within a project and a matrixed environment
Effective communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive written and oral presentations
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to visit customers, attend trade shows, and participate in other events
Strong interpersonal skills and approachability; ability to interact at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and customers)
