Program Manager supporting Federal agency’s ICAM environment with planning, policy, and architecture tasks. Managing program resources and ensuring compliance with security and access mandates.
Responsibilities
Make a personal impact as a Program Manager in support of a Federal agency’s ICAM environment
Institute and maintain a process ensuring problems and action items are tracked through resolution
Provide timely status reporting
Develop, deliver and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
Provide monthly Program Status Report (PSR) on the activities and milestones completed
Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken
Perform risk management activities, including providing mitigation strategies
Evaluate and establish ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms
Communicate and coordinate with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and ISO regarding system changes
Ensure IT Assets remain compliant with Identity & Access Control Management policy
Participate in security compliance efforts that will be assessed and validated by the Government
Requirements
7 + years of related experience
Cloud Integrations
Identity Access Management (IAM)
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations
IT Program Management
Zero Trust experience
Master’s Degree and 7 years of experience, Computer Science or related field (preferred)
Alternatively, a BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science and 10 years of experience
5 years of experience managing Programs or comparable teams, preferably in a federal government contracting environment
Experience coordinating the efforts of subcontractors/vendors, and team members
Experience in planning, implementing, managing and providing guidance pertaining to IT ICAM and Zero Trust environments
Experience with and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables
Experience with managing Cloud integration efforts
Experience with managing Identity Management integration/transition efforts
Experience with Zero Trust solutions
Familiarity with current NIST security access controls and the application at an enterprise level
Experience with identity policies, guidance, and technical implementations
Experience with using agile methods and scrum process
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
IAT II certification (CISM, CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) or similar related certification is preferred
ITIL and/or AGILE certification(s) preferred
