Responsibilities

Support branding initiatives for product launches, tradeshows, internal communications, and external campaigns.
Oversee marketing project workflows from concept to delivery, using Greenbrier’s design request process.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
Track progress, report status, and manage feedback rounds efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for design and marketing requests from multiple departments and business units.
Manage and evolve Greenbrier’s global brand identity, supporting unified messaging and visual standards across international markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of experience in graphic design and project management, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Teams).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web design principles, and analytics tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience with HTML/CSS for email and web updates.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment serving multiple stakeholders.
