About the role

Junior UX Designer crafting intuitive user experiences for mobile games at GameDuell. Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance player engagement and usability.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive UX flows that help players easily understand and navigate game features
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that translate gameplay ideas into clear interactions
Break down design challenges and contribute solutions aligned with the team’s product goals
Identify usability issues and improve how players interact with game systems and features
Iterate on designs using feedback from teammates, usability testing, and player insights
Communicate your ideas and design rationale clearly with designers, developers, and product teams
Advocate for strong UX practices and keep the player experience at the center of design decisions

2+ years of UX design experience through professional work, internships, projects, or a strong portfolio
Ability to structure complex systems into clear, intuitive experiences, with a focus on mobile
Interest or experience in mobile UX design (experience with games or free-to-play products is a plus)
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Curiosity about UX design and a drive to continuously improve your craft
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to diverse team members
Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn through iteration
Passion for games and an interest in understanding what makes player experiences successful
