About the role
- Student assistant role supporting internal and external communication at Fraunhofer FHR. Engaging in various tasks including editing and content creation for media and events.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt die Stabsstelle Interne und externe Kommunikation bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.
- Mitarbeit bei der Redaktion und Pflege der Intranet- und Internetseiten sowie der Social Media Kanäle des Fraunhofer FHR
- Erstellung von audiovisuellen Inhalten (Fotos und Kurzvideos) für Media-Beiträge, Webseite und interne Kommunikation
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von hausinternen Veranstaltungen, insb. Besucherführungen und nationale sowie internationale Messeauftritten
- Verfassen von Texten zur internen Kommunikation
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Druckschriften
- Überarbeitung und Pflege unserer Bilddatenbank
- Recherche und Einkauf
Requirements
- Du bist Student*in (m/w/d) und hast Interesse an PR und Kommunikation.
- Sorgfältiges und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse der üblichen Office-Programme
- Engagement, Kreativität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
