- Claims Handler at Lassie assisting customers with their pet insurance claims in a hybrid work model. Evaluating claims, communicating with pet owners and improving claims processes.
Responsibilities
- Évaluer et traiter les demandes d’indemnisation liées aux assurances pour animaux

Requirements
- Une expérience préalable en gestion de sinistres, dans le secteur de l’assurance ou un domaine connexe
- Un parcours en tant qu’assistant(e) vétérinaire ou dans le domaine des soins aux animaux
- Des compétences organisationnelles et rigoureuses
- Une grande capacité d'adaptation dans un contexte multiculturel
- Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral)
- La maîtrise de l’anglais conversationnel est indispensable
- Amoureux(se) des animaux
