Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and designing new integrations or data products
Ensure the use of leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the health of the platform
Provide a variety of architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.
Ensure the scalability, platform integrity, performance and stability of ServiceNow platform
Create technical documentation, solution architectures and guidelines for development teams
Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure that ServiceNow platform is compliant with Fortum guidelines and regulatory requirements
Communicate and collaborate with Fortum 3rd party technical stakeholders/service providers
Requirements
5+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
Experience in architecture and integration
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform ecosystem, platform capabilities, integration methods, CSDM and CMDB with relevant certifications
Several years of professional ServiceNow experience as Solution Architect or Technical Architect
In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine
Experience in leveraging how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently
Open mindset, curiosity and can-do attitude
Fluency in English required, other languages are a bonus.
