Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Shared Services, HR Tech, and other business groups to gather and prioritize requirements for core HR and Talent Management processes.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the aligned "Grow and Transition Me" functional modules, ensuring that needs support business goals and HR strategies.
Engage with employees and managers to understand their needs and incorporate into the designs of the solutions.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements in platforms supporting employee lifecycle events and core HR processes.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR Tech & Analytics, HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure the systems are user-friendly, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Provide training and support to HR teams on new system features and functionalities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years business related experience
In depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes, HR data, HRIS structure and design
Proven experience, along with strong knowledge of HR processes, as a technical Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on HR systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR COEs and cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
