Responsibilities
Préparer et rédiger les contrats de travail, avenants et documents RH.
Assurer le bon déroulement de l’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs.
Suivre les obligations légales : médecine du travail, visites médicales.
Garantir la conformité des signatures, collecter les documents nécessaires.
Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données dans le SIRH.
Organiser et coordonner les événements internes.
Requirements
Expérience confirmée de 2 à 3 ans en administration RH, idéalement dans un environnement international ou multiculturel.
Connaissance des obligations administratives et sociales liées au droit du travail marocain.
Capacité à recueillir et analyser systématiquement des preuves pour résoudre des problèmes.
Aisance dans l’utilisation d’un SIRH.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Teams…).
Niveau courant en Français et niveau professionnel en Anglais (écrit / oral).
