About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead Critical Supplier Process to drive Supplier Quality Reject (QR) performance improvement.
- Participate in Whiteboard reviews and assigned sub-system PRT (Powertrain Variability Reduction Team) meetings. Drive resolution of external supplier process -1MIS and 0MIS warranty concerns.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science/Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Flexibility to travel approximately 25%
- 2+ years of Quality Management, Problem Solving, APQP, PPAP processes
- 2+ years of Automotive Plant Manufacturing experience
- Experience leading multiple complex assignments with demanding timelines
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Strong communication and team building.
