About the role
- PFM Analyst responsible for maintaining accurate invoicing systems and developing pricing logics. Managing dealer invoice processes for vehicles sold and sourced in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Implement & maintain approved prices in Invoicing system so that dealer can generate the invoice
- Take responsibility to ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices for vehicles sold & sourced in Europe.
- Develop pricing logics by referring to input documents and perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output.
- Report & notify the issues to the appropriate team on a timely manner
- Trouble shoot issues about logics, prices by working with upstream team
- Retest the mismatches in invoice after receiving confirmation from the respective team.
- Clear understanding of the request / inputs received from Pricing Analyst team.
- Recording the inputs in the share drive as per the SOP.
- Analyzing and recording the audit findings in dealer invoices and Sox documents.
