Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are often essential for tracking metrics.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Certifications: Forklift operator certification is typically required. Professional certifications (like APICS or CSCP) are a plus.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
