- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Certifications: Forklift operator certification is typically required. Professional certifications (like APICS or CSCP) are a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
