- Je initieert en coördineert HR- en recruitmentprojecten en neemt hierin eigenaarschap;
- Je bouwt sterke, duurzame relaties op met kandidaten en blijft met hen in contact;
- Je adviseert en ondersteunt het management bij personeelsbehoefte en de optimale wervingsstrategie;
- Je onderhoudt actief en professioneel contact met recruitmentpartners en versterkt deze samenwerkingen.
Requirements
- Werkt en denkt op mbo+ of hbo-niveau
- Je hebt feeling met recruitment of je hebt al minimaal een jaar ervaring als recruiter
- Je wordt enthousiast van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en weet je weg te vinden op social media
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en red je ook goed in het Engels, zowel in gesprekken als op papier
