Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end clinical supply chain planning and execution for multiple products within your therapeutic area, with a strong focus on late‑stage clinical development.
Ensure uninterrupted clinical supply through robust, risk‑based supply plans that optimize cost, minimize waste, and meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Set the strategic direction for your portfolio, influencing program decisions in alignment with enterprise and therapeutic strategies.
Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing global team, fostering accountability, engagement, and career growth.
Drive the evolution of clinical supply chain capabilities by standardizing practices, advancing Centers of Excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion digital transformation that replace manual processes with integrated workflows, enhance data visibility, and enable faster, better‑informed decisions.
Manage financial planning and deliver against budget and performance targets for the therapeutic area.
Serve as a senior PO&T leader within the West Coast Hub, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, communication and alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a highly complex corporate environment
Prior clinical supply chain experience is required
People management experience and/or Cross-Functional Project Management experience
Experience within a global and regulated environment
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to anticipate risks and develop contingency plans
