Responsibilities
Create unique exterior and interior design proposals for Vehicle Personalization projects.
Prepare 2D and 3D concepts using appropriate computer technology and software.
Forecast design trends as they apply to the respective project.
Analyze Design Brand DNA as it relates to the vehicle line and create appropriate designs.
Gather input from Ford Customization management and interface with Planning, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with other disciplines, including product marketing, engineering, and vendors, to execute project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Follow the development of physical models.
Deliver projects on time and with high quality, based on agreed schedules with VP management.
Abide by all established Security guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of professional experience in transportation design
3+ years of experience using 2D sketching and rendering with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, V-Red, and Microsoft Office.
1+ years of experience using AI tools
Must have a transportation design portfolio to share
Bachelor's degree in Transportation Design or Industrial Design.
Experience preparing presentation boards and presentations in PowerPoint; ability to visually articulate brand vision and definition through a design portfolio.
Demonstrated collaboration, communication, and organization skills; ability to write, sketch, and manage a wide variety of content in a fast-paced environment.
