About the role
- Junior or mid-level lawyer managing high-volume litigation cases at Ferreira de Melo e Daur Advogados. Collaborating closely with clients to ensure effective legal representation
Responsibilities
- Manage a large caseload of lawsuits, ensuring each case is closely monitored.
- Monitor the progress of each case to ensure all stages are completed on schedule.
- Use systems and software to manage the volume of cases, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity.
- Record case progress and outcomes to support client decision-making.
- Update our internal system and the client’s system regarding pleadings, actions taken, and deadlines.
- Represent clients at hearings when necessary, presenting arguments and defending their interests before the judge.
- Ensure proper progression and development of procedural stages.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration and digital certificate.
- Previous experience in high-volume litigation.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
