About the role
- Field Service Technician supporting installation, testing, and repair of TechnipFMC products. Engaging in a structured rotational training program for hands-on exposure in field services.
Responsibilities
- Supports the installation, testing, and repair of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) under supervision
- Assists in ensuring all equipment, service tooling, and spare parts are available, inspected, and fit for purpose prior to job execution by performing inventories and basic functional checks
- Records and documents critical technical information such as dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates
- Assists with product testing, equipment running, and, where applicable, assembly activities in accordance with approved procedures
- Provides project support as required, including assistance during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Prepares, completes, and maintains safety‑related documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical diploma (engineering or technical discipline preferred)
- UAE National (Family Book required)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge or interest in one or more of the following areas: Electrical systems, Mechanical equipment and tools, Hydraulics equipment, Subsea or oil & gas equipment, Structural steel
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
- Ability to use or learn to use technical tools and instruments
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and professional skills
